Was the perfect place for a relaxing weekend on the beach. We liked being able to walk everywhere. Nancy and Kevin were very helpful and communicated in a very timely manner to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!! :)

Nancy and Kevin’s listing was exactly what we were looking for. The whole trip I kept telling my husband and friends “this is way better than booking a hotel” Being steps from the beach was so amazing and convenient. The house is very spacious and so cute. It was supplied with everything we needed inside and out. Having its own parking space was amazing as well. Nancy was so responsive with anything we needed! Definitely found our new vacation spot!

Nancy and Kevin were extremely generous host! I enjoyed my stay more than I could have imagined. Very easy instructions, very close to the beach, restaurants and more! Me and my guest felt very welcomed and at home while staying at this Airbnb. I would definitely book again in a heartbeat

I recently stayed at Nancy and Kevin’s air bnb for my brothers birthday trip. The place is in an amazing location that is steps away from the beach, with amazing views! The place was so spacious and was kept extremely well. It had everything we needed for our beach set up, which was much appreciated. We overall had such an amazing stay. They were so helpful throughout our trip!

Great stay with the guys in San Diego! Nancy and Kevin’s place was perfect, loved having the garage, the fans in every room kept things comfortable, and the beach toys and chairs were an awesome bonus. Short walk to the beach and a great spot to kick back. Would definitely stay again!

Great place for families. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Nancy was very responsive with any questions we had. Would recommend for those looking for a spot close the beach and short drive to downtown attractions.
