We had lovely stay so Nancy and Kevin's place. Location was fantastic and communication was terrific. Our only complaint was that the couch was very small and uncomfortable. We'd absolutely stay again!

We had such a wonderful stay at Nancy and Kevin’s place. The location truly could not be better, right on the beach, which made everything so easy and enjoyable. The home itself was very cute, clean, and comfortable, and it felt welcoming from the moment we arrived.
What really stood out, though, was the communication. Nancy and Kevin were incredibly thoughtful and responsive, making sure we had clear guidance around parking, check in, and everything we needed for our stay. They checked in at just the right times and made the whole experience feel smooth and cared for.
We are so grateful for our time there and would absolutely love to return. Highly recommend!

Very welcoming, close to the beach, everything you need right there, staff very responsive and accommodating No fault to the hosts which I completely understand but I couldn’t stay longer definitely book for longer if you are questioning it

Nancy and Kevin were so responsive when we had a small issue. They not only took care of it but went above and beyond! The set up of the home and provided towels and beach items were just what we needed. Even had nice toilet paper.
The house felt comfortable and was so close to the beach. The walkability of the place made it that we only left for museums and non beach activities. My family would recommend this to all our friends and family, I would gladly stay here again!

Mission Beach is our new favorite! Nancy and Kevin were amazing hosts - the place was beautiful, and location was perfect. Our family and friends will remember this vacation fondly. Everything was fantastic!

Great place for families. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Nancy was very responsive with any questions we had. Would recommend for those looking for a spot close the beach and short drive to downtown attractions.

We had a lovely stay at Nancy and Kevin's place! The condo was clean and well appointed. It was well located, truly only 30 seconds from the beach! They were very proactive with communication, and made check-in and check-out a cinch. Highly recommended!

Mission Casa Del Mar was perfect. Grandparents, parents, and 2 grandkids all had plenty of space. The boogie boards in the garage were a hit. 50 steps to Mission Beach and hardly any foot traffic past our place. It felt safe. The rooftop was a must have in our selection. It did not disappoint. The beds were comfortable. I really appreciated the coffee supplies too.
All in all, five stars.

My group of friends and I loved staying at Nancy and Kevin’s place. It was perfectly located right next to the beach and had tons of beach chairs, toys, towels to use and enjoy the sand. Great communication from them and they were very helpful.

Great place! It was so close to the beach. As close as you could get without being on the beach. You can watch the waves from the roof top. Pictures are accurate. Place was perfect.
