Beautiful view, great location, and the host was very responsive.
Listen to the description on what size of car fits. I decided it would be fine to get an XL rental car and it was very had to drive down the road and to park in the spot (all my fault, they have it in the description)
We would book it again if we are in San Diego!

This was the perfect vacation rental! We traveled with our 3 young boys and there were toys, pack n plays, and beach chairs/toys to keep them busy. We could quickly walk to the beach, which was everyone’s favorite part. We were within walking distance of multiple food options and so close to all the attractions and the airport. It really was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and well maintained, the host was friendly and easy to communicate with, and the check-in process was flexible and seamless. Clear instructions made everything stress-free. Highly recommend!

Worth the splurge! Very roomy Airbnb close to the beach with 3 bedrooms sleeping 8. The bunk beds in one bedroom were double over double beds. The kitchen is well stocked and there are some basic spices in the cupboard. There are lounge chairs on the rooftop and views of the beach from both the rooftop and living room. Five minute walk to the boardwalk. We rented bikes for the week and even had a bonfire on the beach one night. Our Honda Accords fit well in the garage. It was great having two parking spaces!

We traveled to San Diego for the 3 Day Breast Cancer Walk and our stay was amazing! The hosts were great, property was located in the perfect place steps from the beach and very walkable to shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay with Nancy and Kevin again! Thank you for having us at your home!

My two friends and I stayed here for a month and it was AMAZING! So close to the beach and Nancy/Kevin were so responsive and they had everything we needed when we got there! Thanks so much again, hope to be back soon :)

I stayed in the lower level condo. Very nice and so close to the beach! Owner was always reaching out to make sure everything was good and to see how we were making out. Cute coffee shop nearby and market for everything you need. Everything was perfect. We will be back!

We have been going to Mission Beach for over 25 years. We use to stay at the Bahia Resort Hotel but the last couple of times we ventured out into Airbnb’s. We love Nancy & Kevin’s place. There’s lots of space, it’s clean & has everything you need. It’s so close to the beach and some of our favorite restaurants. Would stay here again.

Nancy was wonderful to deal with. The location and place are as listed. The space inside and out was really enjoyable. It’s worth noting that there is a larger unit above this one, for larger groups and families. The first few days of our trip, there were only adults upstairs and there were no issues. Then a family with children checked in and it was incredibly noisy in the unit for the rest of our stay, which really affected our ability to enjoy being there in the unit.. We attempted asking the upstairs renters to not allow their children to run around, but that didn’t help.. then we reached out to Nancy. She is wonderful and she reached out to them to ask them to minimize the noise also, but seemed impossible maybe with how many kids they had up there. We would love to book here again, as we plan to do annual trips to the area, but would definitely not be able to do so unless our dates were guaranteed to not host children above us.
